Sparkling wine with a rudy red intense color, aromatic bouquet, sweet full body and intense on the palate. Hand picked grapes, must macerate in contact with the skins for at least 48 hours, the maceration at controlled temperature is short in order to maintain delicate and ethereal perfumes. The fermentation is stopped at the right place in order to obtain the right sugar level.

Brilliant color with intense ruby red with garnet reflections. Bouquet is intense, complex, full aromatic notes of fruity, spicy with hints of red fruit, red berries, mulberries. Aged in one and two passage French oak barrels for 12-18 months, at least 6 months in bottle. Great accompanied with fillet steak with black truffles, barbecued meats.

90% Sangiovese, 10% Merlot
Opera Chianti is a well-balanced wine of medium weight with jammy flavors of ripe plums, cherries and red fruit. It has a deep crimson color and is a lively wine with a soft mineral finish and round tannins that linger in long, peppery finish. This wine pairs perfectly with all starters, pastas and meat dishes and is best when served slightly below room temperature (64°F)

Deep bright red color. Aromas has ample and harmonious, ranging from red fruits to spices. Velvety, persistent and full, with great harmony. A very good accompaniment to all types of meat, both grilled and braised and with mature cheese.

95% Sangiovese, 5% Canaiolo
Warm and hearty, this opens with aromas of baked plum, espresso, menthol, toasted oak and clove. The brooding, brawny palate offers fleshy blackberry, liquor soaked black cherry, coffee and licorice framed in dense, velvety tannins. The heat of evident alcohol throws it off balance and gives it a one-dimensional quality.
